No complaints except they told me my Kia required synthetic oil every 7,500 miles. I know for a fact that the owner's manual suggests every 7,400 miles or so(they use kilometers). However about halfway through the process I became skeptical about the synthetic vs conventional, so I called the Kia dealer and asked the service manager. Sure enough, no synthetic required just basic 5W20 conventional oil that the Kia dealer charges $32 for(Pep Boys charged me $81 for synthetic). Pep boys seems to try to push more expensive oil when the manufacturer doesn't even require it. Just keep that in mind when getting oil changes, I recommend calling the dealership to confirm the oil required first. I feel a little bilked but I learned a $49 lesson.
My experience at my local Pep Boys was awesome. I got exactly what I came for and one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received in my life. The guys there are a great group of individuals and I would recommend anyone to go there.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We are here on vacation and had a flat tire. They were open on a Saturday at 7am. Had our tire fixed and our truck put back together in 30 minutes. Honest, fast, and only cost $12!! Excellent customer service!! Thank you for giving us back our vacation.
