The wait is long sure but we are mostly short staff. believe it or not it takes about 30 to 40 minutes (tires about 40 to 50 minutes) per car to get service. we can do it quicker if you want it done wrong.
Purchase additional lifetime rotation and balance. When brought back 6 months later, was told that it's not safe enough for them to do. They still look brand new. So never again.
Called and was told it would take 3-4 hours before my car could even be seen, all I need is my tire changed thst had two nails in it, one is in the wall of the tire. Parents have taken their cars their for the same thing, took them 3-4 hours. This is why I use the tire center at the walmart on the beach. They're fast and try their hardest to get cars in and out. Only walmart tire center I'll use in town. Never again will I use the Callaway tire center.
what a joke no nitemare!
They don't even deserve any stars. The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Walmart. They're lazy and get mad when you ask them to do their job. Yet they get paid for it. I will report this to corporate.
