Staff is usually pleasant. Food is awesome 75% of the time. I used to come a few times a week, but not so much after a few bad experiences.

Good food for "fast food". Reasonable pricing. Desserts and slushes are excellent and are perfect when they are at half price.
Hamburgers and milkshakes are great we get hamburgers and milkshakes here about once every two weeks their french fries are also really good. They're very fast so you don't have to sit there and wait too long
Love the food but service can be slow, they often forget to include items I've ordered, & forget the sauces I've requested almost every single time.
