The young lady who was working the bar area took great care of my family and I. The food was hot and fresh. We love coming here.
I don't know if there is new management or something... But the service during this particular day was awful (10/05/2017). It was not packed, there were plenty of workers, and yet our main course came out before our appetizer. The waitress we had was terrible alongside the cooks... It took them over 45 minutes just to give us any food. Our sides were mixed up, my husband didn't even receive his pulled pork... it looked like giblets.
I've been here about four times and each time I've been with a good sized group. The wait usually is not too bad, but the drinks could have gotten filled faster. The service here is very good and the servers are polite. I would recommend getting the salad bar option, and maybe fill up on that and take your entrée home. The BBQ and ribs there are very delicious and fall off the bone quite easily.
We will not be going to the Callaway location anymore. The Lynn Haven location is much more organized. I only give this two stars instead of zero because my chicken at least tasted good. The sad part is my husband and I never complain about food service because we understand the industry, but this was unacceptable. There's more we could add to this review, but it's not worth the rant. Just don't go to this location on their slow days. The service may be why it was so empty...
Love their Bar B Que plate with the salad bar. The fries are great and like their sandwich their drinks will more than surfice any thirst.
Very good food, served by waitress Mikki who was extremely friendly and down to earth. Got a big juicy hamburger with fries and a giant mug of Ice Tea for less than $10 per person. True restaurant quality food for stunningly cheap price. Can't recommend enough. Go here for your Barbeque needs.
