The cashier was talking so low you could not understand her. The restaurant smelled bad and the tables and chairs were sticky and the floor was dirty and wet. Food was not very good either.

Went there at 9 pm July 8th 2017 the cashier pocketed ten dollars of my change. I was so tired I didn't notice until the next morning. So I called the manager to bring it to her awareness. Wasn't even mad, didn't demand the money back. I just wanted to bring the cashier to the managers attention. I got told that I didn't need to talk that way it wasn't nice and that if I'm in management I should know it isn't nice to let management know one of their cashiers is either retarded or a thief. Never have i ever experienced such rude customer service. Do not use this location!!! They will steal your money and be rude!!! Corporate needs to fix this!!!!!
The food was good BUT.... I pulled up in the drive thru and all I get is "how can I take your order?" I then had to repeat my order 3 times for her to get it right. I then pull up to the window and don't get a "hello" or "good afternoon".... all I get is a hand out the window waiting for a cash or card. I handed her my card and I didn't even get a "here's your card" or "thank you" or "it'll be a minute" She literally handed me back my card and shut the window. He coworker came to the window and handed me my food and said, "have a great day."
Food is fine but they can't get an order right to save their life. I feel like it is on purpose to leave out a decent portion of every meal. waste of money.
Monday afternoon order was great. Probably the best food I've ever received from this location. Had stopped going for previously poor quality food. However will return after today's meal.
The food was fresh and they only forgot to put ketchup on my sandwich but I could live with that. The customer service is just flat out horrible at this location. I have to agree with others, after reading the reviews, that corporate should come in and clean this place up.
